Delivery
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders are dipatched within 48 hours so allow up to 4 working days for delivery. If you are worried about the delivery of an order or think that it may have been lost in transit, please email info@ladonnavera.com.
HOW MUCH IS STANDARD DELIVERY?
UK Delivery via Royal Mail £2.49
IS WORLDWIDE DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Yes, two methods are available for Worldwide Delivery they are Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail Internationally Signed For. At the Shopping Cart choose the Country the package will be delivered to and the shipping cost will be calculated.
CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER NEXT DAY?
Yes, only within the UK if you choose Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery at rate of £4.50. If the order is placed before 1pm on the day of purchase, the item will be dispatched for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm.
HOW IS MY ITEM PACKAGED?
All items are Gift Boxed.
Replacements & Returns
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REPLACEMENT TO ARRIVE?
Returned items will only be accepted back providing they are in the same condition that they were sold and in original packaging and with original labelling. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. La Donna Vera Lingerie Shop has the right to refuse any items returned that are soiled, damaged or that have clearly been used by the customer. If a replacement is offered allow up to 14 working days for the process to be completed and receive your replacement.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, please email customersupport@ladonnavera.com with details of the fault and return the item to the above address using recorded delivery. You should return the item to La Donna Vera together with a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email. This email is attached to the notification of despatch email. Remember a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and when we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
WHERE DO I SEND RETURNS?
La Donna Vera Lingerie Shop customers have 7 days in which to return items which are not suitable or which are the incorrect size for a full refund or 14 days for an exchange.
Returns are sent to La Donna Vera Lingerie Shop Returns, 92 Leighton Road, Enfield EN1 1XW.
Please use the returns label enclosed with your original order and note that postage will need to be paid for. All returns must be sent recorded delivery so that the package is signed for upon receipt. Enclose within the package you are returning a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email. This email is attached to the notification of despatch email. Any Returns must contain details of customers order number, name, address, and contact number remember state reason for return. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.
Setting up an Account
DO I NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS?
Yes, an email address is needed to register an account to verify your identity and send you any communications. Using the website and sending emails to ladonnavera.com you are communicating electronically. La Donna Vera will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from La Donna Vera electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY LOGIN INFORMATION?
Click 'forgotten your password?'. La Donna Vera will then reset your password. You are advised to enter and change it back to something personal to you. Don't forget that your password is case sensitive, so you need to enter it exactly as it appears in the e-mail we send you.
Payment
WHO PROCESSES THE PAYMENT?
Paypal or Google Checkout. You choose your preferred method. Registration is required by both if you are not already registered with them. Paypal or Google Checkout accepts most major credit and debit cardscards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, and Visa Electron. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to La Donna Vera, for any reason, will not render La Donna Vera liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Viewing Orders
You can access your order status online, so that you can see where your order is in our system. You can do this by logging in to your account and viewing your Order History. The Order History page displays a list of all the orders you have placed on the site and their current order status. Please note that an order will appear in the order status system about five minutes after it’s been placed on the website.
Updating Account Information
Customers can log in at anytime to check purchases and update their account. If you can't remember your password, go to the My Account page, enter your email address and click on 'Forgotten your password?'. Your password will then be automatically emailed to you (please note that, for security reasons, La Donna Vera cannot see your password, so will not be able to confirm it for you).
