La Donna Vera aim to despatch your order within 48 hours, so you can expect delivery within 4 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer.
We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. Delivery will be charged at our standard rate for combined packaging and delivery £2.49. Please let us know if you would like your order to be sent via Next Day Royal Mail Special delivery. The delivery charge for this is £4.50. Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.Any items over £30 in total will qualify for free delivery within the UK.
Worldwide Delivery
La Donna Vera will deliver Worldwide. Two methods are available for Worldwide Delivery they are Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail Internationally Signed For. At the Shopping Cart choose the Country the package will be delivered to and the shipping cost will be calculated.
Customs and import duties
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict the amount. La Donna Vera is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax for international deliveries. Your local customs authority will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.

Returns & Replacements
Returns
La Donna Vera Lingerie Shop customers have 7 days in which to return items which are not suitable or which are the incorrect size for a full refund or 14 days for an exchange.
Returns are sent to La Donna Vera Lingerie Shop Returns, 92 Leighton Road, Enfield EN1 1XW.
Please use the returns label enclosed with your original order and note that postage will need to be paid for. All returns must be sent recorded delivery so that the package is signed for upon receipt. Enclose within the package you are returning a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email. This email is attached to the notification of despatch email. Any Returns must contain details of customers order number, name, address, and contact number remember state reason for return. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. Please allow up to ten working days for returned goods to reach La Donna Vera.
Refunds
Returned items will only be accepted back providing they are in the same condition that they were sold and in original packaging and with original labelling. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. La Donna Vera Lingerie Shop has the right to refuse any items returned that are soiled, damaged or that have clearly been used by the customer.
Any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. La Donna Vera is unable to offer credit notes. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Replacements
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
Return of Faulty goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, please email customersupport@ladonnavera.com with details of the fault and return the item to the above address using recorded delivery. You should return the item to La Donna Vera together with a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email. This email is attached to the notification of despatch email. Remember a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and when we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are advance purchases on clothing that will ship at a future date, made with the understanding that the sale is completed and there are no cancellations. Pre-Orders will be charged to your card in full at the time the order is placed and accepted. Pre-order items will be shipped as they become available. Release dates are estimated these dates are given by the manufacturer to La Donna Vera. Occasionally a manufacturer cancels or does not ship a style, this is beyond La Donna Vera's control and a refund will be issued.

Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to La Donna Vera, for any reason, will not render La Donna Vera liable for any delay or non-delivery. PRICING
All prices are quoted in UK Sterling and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable.
PROMOTIONS
If you have a discount code you can enter the details at the checkout page. The balance will then be reduced by the value of your discount code against your order.
Viewing Orders
You can access your order status online, so that you can see where your order is in our system. You can do this by logging in to your account and viewing your Order History. The Order History page displays a list of all the orders you have placed on the site and their current order status.
Please note that an order will appear in the order status system about five minutes after it’s been placed on the website.
